Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid course seats confirmed in writing by Analyticapi Digital. Informational prices on this website are not invoices. Payments are collected offline after seating confirmation.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must arrive at least 7 days before the cohort start date. Requests within 7 days of start are reviewed for partial credit only.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds are available when we cancel a cohort or when you cancel with at least 7 days’ notice before start. Partial refunds (typically 50% of the seat fee) may apply if you withdraw after the first live session but before the midpoint of the program, provided lab materials have not been redistributed outside your team.

Non-refundable items

• Custom Studio Cohort preparation already delivered
• Third-party venue fees expressly itemized as non-refundable
• Completed private workshops after the session date

Refund process

Email contact@analyticapi.digital with your name, cohort name, payment reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and state whether the request qualifies for full, partial, or no refund.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.

Cancellation by Analyticapi Digital

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra seat fee.

Exceptions

Medical or emergency situations documented in writing may receive case-by-case consideration outside the standard windows. Chargebacks without first contacting us may pause enrollment discussions until resolved.
